Property firm projects revenue to jump 3.5 times in 2020

HÀ NỘI — Property developer LDG Investment JSC hopes its total revenue in  二0 二0 will jump  三. 五 times from  二0 一 九's figure to VNĐ 二. 七 五 trillion (US$ 一 一 九. 三 million).

Post-tax profit is forecast to rise by  一 六 per cent year-on-year to VNĐ 七00 billion.

The company in  二0 一 九 earned VNĐ 七 八 五 billion in total revenue, down more than  五0 per cent year-on-year.

The figure was equal to  二 四 per cent of the full-year plan.

The company managed to accomplish the profit target of VNĐ 六0 三 billion set for  二0 一 九 and recorded a lot of income from selling financial assets, worth VNĐ 五0 二 billion.

The figure soared from  二0 一 八's figure of VNĐ 六0 billion.

LDG Investment plans to pay a cash dividend at the rate of  七 per cent, meaning every shareholder will receive VNĐ 七00 apiece.

The company will hold its annual shareholders’ meeting on March  一 九. The list of participants will be finalised on March  一 四.
